Germal lullaby? please help?

When I was younger my mom used to sing me a lullaby where the first verse was in german the second in english (or that might of been her way of singing it). Anyways I'm trying to remember all the words since I'm going to sing and play it for her on her birthday... The only part I remember is part of english verse which I think goes (don't exactly quote me on it the last time I heard it I was about 4) "you you I love you always you you yes I love you you you I love you always I love you yes I do." If anyone could please get me the full lyrics (german and english) I would be so thankful!! XoXo - Darcy
