Tell him he has to put his demands in writing so you have something to work on and some proof of what he is saying on the phone. Heneeds to list exactly what you owing and the reason for it.You can then respond in writing saying you dispute this information and let him take you to the small claims court. You should have had a tenancy agreement and he would be required by law to put any deposit you paid into a deposit protection facility. If he hasn't complied with that, he hasn't a leg to stand on. If he gets bullies on to you make a complaint to the police.
