Unwritten rule of baseball?

If there is a 3-0 pitch, with runners in scoring position, and you happen to be up by 10, it's common courtesy not to swing. If he had hit a HR even, that's a slap in the face to the Tigers. I don't think Buck should have gotten so mad visibly to cameras, but he's losing it. Some of the smaller things, like not scoring from second on a double, like they do in little league when a team is up big, isn't going to happen in the bigs, but swinging 3-0, that just don't happen.
