What is the best/quickest way to loose weight?
I am nearing 14 years of age, and I weigh 138 lbs, carrying most of my body fat on the lower half of my body. I am fairly active on a usual day, and usually do gym activities three times a week, ranging from kickboxing, to cardio, to weight training. I am a terrible binge eater, however, and the only vegetables I can stomach are carrots. I used to, but no longer participate in any sports, so I may focus on school. I have the physique of a runner (inherrited from my dad), and although my legs don't tire easily, I have a not-so-great edurance when running long distances. I have tried many different lifestyle-changes in the past to help myself to lose weight, but the closest I've ever come to losing weight was simply gaining it slower. To be frank, I'm tired of my stomach and thighs jiggling profusely; I'm tired of covering up, especially in this sweltering summer. Also, if there's any way you know of to help stop binge-eating, I would very much appreciate it, because it is a very unhealthy habit.
