Men: Do you think pregnant women are y/appealing?

I've always been curious if men think pregnant women are y? I know my own bf has told me repeatedly that when i'm pregnant(in the near future b/c i'm in my 20s) that he'll still think i look good and y and he won't think any less of me. I know there's some men who don't think a pregnant woman is appealing or y, in fact i personally know some men who are grossed out by it. Men, what do you think about pregnant women( whether it be your wife, gf, or fiancee)? if you find pregnancy y, is it b/c of the fact that the two of you have created a baby together and love each other? If your significant other is pregnant, does that make you become more infatuated with them and find them to be more appealing simply b/c she is carrying your child?
