Can someone explain Meiosis 1and 2 to me? in a biology level, i read it in my science, but its still unclear!?

help!!! i just dont rly understand it! can you please explain it in a clear way. I'm taking a test soon, (this is not an answer i SWEAR!) but he will ask things about it, and i need some explanations, I think i get meiosis 1, but number 2 is rly fuzzy!!! HELP!!
