a discussion about the the black and tans came up. aware it was 1919/21. but were they about in the 50/60's

during a conversation about ballyjamesduff, and after a few pints,some pratt mentioned the black and tans. we are aware the main era was 1919/21. it was also suggested, they were still about in the 50's-60's officially are not. no heavey politics but i would welcome some enlightenment and education for 2 pint polititions regards t.g.
