How can I copyright my work? and ideas?

If you send stuff into studios and TV companies, make it "copyright..(your name) and the date. Send it recorded delivery so you can have proof of when it was received. If the same thing happens again, write to them enclosing a copy of your script/ idea format and tell them you'll see them in court for breach of copyright...
