I am losing it please help?

I got a teacher who is the biggest pain in the world...this woman tells her students that she would rather be with her children than grade papers...which is actually her job. Oh and she made all of us come back to the room just the other day and clean it and did not even say thank you and then had the nerve to say we was cutting into her prep time....but she cut into our cltime...now what's more important her lunch or our futures? Oh and we are not allowed to bring pop in school(think special ed 2.0) but yet she can drink large dr.peppers in front of us and if we say anything about it..she will put us in a time out(remember special ed 2.0 lol). So my question is how do i deal with her now that midterms are coming up?cause i am trying to be nice but if she tried that **** back in the district i am originally from(detroit)her throat would be slit and her car stolen in broad daylight lol.
