I would like to know if this is slander.?

I work for a nursing home and i reported a girl for not doing her job and putting it in the computer and them filing medicaid and medicare and every since i did that i have been called in the office saying i hared the girl first i never said anything to her i reported it to the DON. After i did that i fill like i have been hared because they have called me in the office for stupid stuff since then I was called in the office 5/23/2011 and was fired for seeing abuse and dont reporting it which is a lie i have plenty of letters from residents family member showing that i report everything. Abuse charges will go against my name and my CNA lic. Which i know they cant prove nothing because it never happened they justed wanted to get me out of there because i do report stuff. And i live in a small town and everyone as already heard about it.
