Is anyone willing to take a look at my ECG and ess the machine diagnosis of "probable posterior infarct"?

CVA stands for cerebral vascular accident or in other words stroke. What does your heart have to do with that? If you have had an infarct or damage to the heart muscle in the back of the heart I still don't get the connection and neither does the doc.
