What is a good vibrant color to paint a bedroom?

i have friends that just bought a home and painted their guestroom in a vibrant green. The color is almost lime green, but without a neon hue. They have a powder blue duvet cover with white nature patterns and white and green pillows. Their trim is in white along with curtains as well. It really makes you smile when you walk in the room.
