Convince parents into acting/singing?

i have been localing acting/singing/dancing. every play ive been in ive been a lead with big musical numbers. i have been dancing for 11.5 years. i have this trainging and school skits but not anything HUGE! my parents have supported me in my local acting and they think im good along with others. how do i ask them to let me into showbiz or get an agent? i really want this cuz this is my pion but im afraid theyll say no or that it would be too much. i think it be a cool expperance but im worried they will say no? any tips?
