Whats your favorite meat? From the hunting trip, or fishing , and so on....?

You got several of mine, Crab and Shrimp, I would drive my parents crazy because all I would ever order was crab and lobster at places, and I would jack the bill up, lol, I also like the backstraps of a deer, don't really care for squirrel, taste kinda rubbery to me, fish, I will eat almost any type of fish, go fishing every year with my dad at kentucky lake, pig? isn't that kinda vague, lol.
