With the Democrats controlling both Congress and the Presidency does this guarantee the most corrupt?

govt. in the history of the country? Seems that way to me but would like your input. The governor of Illinois was caught trying to sell the Senate seat and Al Franken is trying to steal the election in Minnesota. How bad will it get and is this just a prelude to things to come?
